Select the country from which you placed the order. <\/p>\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Spain, France and Portugal<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Return or exchange deadlines and costs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is shipped to request a size change or a return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns are free of charge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Home returns or exchanges will be processed through DHL.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The costs of size exchanges and returns in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla will be borne by the buyer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ways to process a change<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Changes processed through the email of the same order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exchanges at the physical store in Ibiza between April and October: please visit Guayabera J\u00e1bega, Calle Josep Verdera, 13, with the order receipt or confirmation email and the item(s) you wish to return. We will process exchanges and returns in-store. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Return or exchange conditions<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To process a return or exchange, items must retain all original tags and\/or packaging, be in perfect condition and not have been used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only one exchange can be requested per item.
