Return or exchange deadlines and costs
- You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is shipped to request a size change or a return.
- Returns are free of charge.
- Home returns or exchanges will be processed through DHL.
- The costs of size exchanges and returns in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla will be borne by the buyer.
Ways to process a change
- Changes processed through the email of the same order.
- Exchanges at the physical store in Ibiza between April and October: please visit Guayabera Jábega, Calle Josep Verdera, 13, with the order receipt or confirmation email and the item(s) you wish to return. We will process exchanges and returns in-store.
Return or exchange conditions
- To process a return or exchange, items must retain all original tags and/or packaging, be in perfect condition and not have been used.
- Only one exchange can be requested per item. If the product has been exchanged and the new one doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us by email or phone.
Refund period
- Instant refunds will be immediately available in the account you provide during the exchange or return request.
- If the selected refund method is not instant, the refund will be made using the same payment method used to process the order and will be effective within a maximum of 14 days.*
